Warranty

Parts warranty on all parts provided and installed on the job site by Off Grid Contracting is covered by the manufacturers warranty ONLY. All other parts purchased and provided by the customer to be installed by Off Grid Contrating is the customers responsible for obtaining replacement parts. However, Off Grid Contracting will always strive to assist the customer in the warranty process if possible.

Off Grid Contracting currently offers a 90 day service labor warranty on all install work. This However does not cover travel cost. In that 90 day period any defect in our labor we will come out to service and make it right if direct result of failure to properly install. It also covers our labor to replace any part that may have failed that is under manufacturer warranty. Outside the 90 day period will resort to our normal service call charges plus travel cost.

Service Call and Maintinance only

Our standard service call fee is $250.00 for anything that requires small repairs or add on's/ general maintinance. Anything beyond a 1 hour job is billable at an additional $150.00 per hour
